The Past of SMDIMAGES
SMDIMAGES started around the year 2000 but did not form into an actual online presence till around 2004 when it got enough funding to become it's own domain. The name SMDIMAGES originates from my initials SMD (Sean M. Datz). Eventhough digital imaging is not my main focus these days it is what started the journey so I plan to keep the name as SMDIMAGES. During the early years SMDIMAGES was focused to showcase my digital photography and contained hundreds of photographs but now it has grown into something bigger and better; a combo of digital imaging mixed in with web development.

The Present of SMDIMAGES
SMDIMAGES currently works on a few major networking sites geared towards giving away free stuff such as games or web promotion services along with helping clients who come to SMDIMAGES for projects. It is important that cleints get the best out of their web presence so SMDIMAGES has launched marketing services (along with Magnum Directory; free directory services) that will aide in a clients site and help them gain success. My name is Sean Datz, I'm 22 years old and I reside in Colorado. I am a quiet guy and most the time I can't think of what to talk about. I don't really feel there is a need to talk most of the time because I'm best described as a computer or an animal; who are both usually quiet. I spend most of my time on a computer working on multiple things which are mostly for web development projects. If I were to describe my schedule it would be night shift 7 days a week because I love what I do. My interests include: web development, movies, ghost hunting, ufo's & aliens, government corruption, conspiracy theories, etc...

As you can tell I am not the average person here ;) One of my greatest skills is coming up with ideas solving problems and able to stare at a computer screen longer then anyone else probably could considering I'm on it all day 7 days a week! If I need to get something done on short notice I will stay up all night and day working on it till it's done. This is kind of why I don't charge by hour because I simply want to do the best I can in order to make clients happy.

You might be wondering what got me into photography and web development. I owe it all to my dad (Terry Datz) he is the main reason why SMDIMAGES is here today. He has helped greatly with supporting me with the right tools and has been an inspiration to my journey.

Another person who has been an inspiration to my work and helps support me is David Auchampach who I met during online college (where I got diploma in Web Design and CIS in Computer Information Systems). Together we have logged over thousands of hours of work making sites that help thousands of people along with critiquing eachothers work when needed.
